Beschrijving van WifiRttScan App
De WifiRttScan-app is een onderzoeks-, demonstratie- en testtool voor ontwikkelaars, verkopers, universiteiten en meer. Met deze app is het mogelijk om een bereiknauwkeurigheid van 1-2 meter te verkrijgen naar nabijgelegen WiFi-RTT (802.11mc) -compatibele toegangspunten. Dit is vooral handig binnenshuis, waar GPS niet beschikbaar is. Ontwikkelaars, OEM's en onderzoekers kunnen deze tool gebruiken om afstandsmetingen te valideren, waarmee ze positionerings-, navigatie- en contextbewuste applicaties kunnen ontwikkelen op basis van de WiFi-RTT API.
